Dara Jane Loomis is an Affiliated Real Estate Agent with Sutton de L'Estrie and has consistently sold, for the last four years, 50% or more (on an annual basis) of all properties in the North Hatley area. She specializes in country and retirement homes, waterfront properties and B&B’s. Her wide range of contacts originate in Canada, the United States and Europe.

Dara was born and brought up in the Townships. She graduated from Bishop’s University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, worked as a National Fashion Buyer for the T. Eaton Co., then incorporated Dara Loomis Sales Inc., a Wholesale Sales Office in ladies apparel, covering Quebec and The Maritimes.

She has been in sales most of her career, and has now combined her business expertise, and her love of country homes and the Townships, to bring an excellent background knowledge of people skills, negotiation and home renovation ideas to her clientele.
